The 25th International Conference on Atomic Physics will be held on July 24-29, 2016 at the Auditorium of the Coex Convention Center in the ‘Gangnam district’ of Seoul, Korea. Coex has evolved into a leading culture-business platform, propelled by the opening of the newly renovated Coex Mall in 2014 and a entertainment/music Town in 2015, and the designation of Gangnam as a ‘Special Tourist Zone’ dedicated to the meeting/convention/exhibition industry of Korea.
The headquarter of the conference is the InterContinental Seoul Coex, which is pre-registered by the conference organizer.
There are a few other pre-registered hotels available at more affordable rates, including Ramada Hotel, Peyto Hotel Samsung and M.Biz hotel which are all within walking distances.
For the reservation, complete the attached form and email it directly to the respective hotel of your choice.
Due to the limited availability and high demand, please reserve rooms as soon as possible.
Attendees can share a room to reduce costs, and we have set up a message board to find potential roommates. Click here and you can find your roommate at "ICAP2016 Find your roommate" forum".
Another way to find your roommate, you can just ask Hotel for matching roommate with ICAP2016 participants. For that you need to mark "Yes" in "Match a Roommate" question on our Housing Request Form and select your room type with "Roomshare" option.
