To find the session where your poster will be presented, click "Find my poster session" button below. In the form to appear, fill in your abstract number and press "Check" button. The day and the poster board number for your poster presentation will be displayed. Your poster number is then in the form of <day>-<board number>. For example, if your poster is on Tuesday and board number is 168, your poster number will be Tue-168.

Below is the layout of the 1st floor of The LaVille, where social events and poster sessions will take place. The numbers in the parentheses are the poster board numbers. Set up your poster on the board with the number assigned to your poster. PDF version of the floor layout can be downloaded here.

The usable area on the poster board is 90cm(W)x120cm(H). The preferred size of the poster is A0 in portrait orientation.

Your poster must be installed before 1:30 PM on the day of your poster presentation. Posters can be installed from 10 AM on the same day. If your poster session is on Monday, you may install your poster also on Sunday during the welcome reception.

Posters should be removed by 3:00 PM after the session. Any remaining posters after 3:30 PM will be removed and discarded by our staff.

Help desks are located nearby the poster session area. Staff will be available to provide assistance in locating a poster, ordering additional equipment, providing supplies such as push pins, tape, and scissors, and answering general questions. The help desks will be open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. on July 24, Sunday, the help desk will be open during the welcome reception.

The students applying for the student poster awards must be present by his/her poster from 13:30 to 14:30. During that time the posters applying for the awards will be evaluated by the reviewers elected from the invited speakers. If the presenter is absent during that time, the poster may not be properly evaluated. Outstanding student posters will be announced and awarded at the conference banquet.
